PLANO — Bella Belong posted a season-high 24 points and 18 rebounds Friday as No. 13 South Plains won its eighth game in as many tries, topping #17 Kilgore 77-64 at Cougar Gymnasium.
South Plains improves to 8-1 on the season and will be back on the floor Saturday when they take on Tyler at 11 a.m.
Taliah Cornish finished with 11 points for South Plains, while Isabel Joai finished with 10 points.
