High School:  J.M. Hanks class of 2009
Accomplishments at J.M. Hanks:  Helped lead J.M. Hanks to district and bi-district championships in senior season, narrowly missing an area championship when they fell by a single point.  Led team in points, rebounds, blocks, field goal and free throw percentage and was honored as athlete of the year by J.M. Hanks and the district.  Also named Offensive MVP of the district.  Kelsey was also elected to play in the TGCA All-Star game and named 'Miss Basketball' for El Paso.  Also a four year letter winner in track where she was a four time regional qualifier in both the shot put and discus throws.  Kelsey was district champion in the discus her sophomore, junior, and senior seasons.  College Major:  Education   Hobbies:  Spending time with family and friends   Personal:  Born May 28, 1991 in El Paso, Texas, Kelsey is the daughter of Dave and Donna Conklin and also has two brothers, Jake (21) and Tyler (4).  Favorite Athlete:  Former SPC Lady Texan Sheryl Swoopes
