WEATHERFORD, Okla. - Anton Hutchins and Kenny Brown led the South Plains College Texans to a 93-76 victory over Redlands Community College, scoring 18-points each.
Brandon Thompson contributed to the Texan cause with 15 points and also dished out seven assists. Derrell Edwards also added 15 points, while Greg Gainey chipped in 12.
The Texans were able to improve their record to 3-0 despite a sloppy contest that featured 55 fouls and 43 turnovers between the two teams.
South Plains College is now scheduled to return to the Texan Dome for a date with the University of the Southwest junior varsity squad Wednesday, November 10th at 6:30 p.m. SPC TV will stream the event live online at www.spctexans.com.
