LUBBOCK, Texas – The South Plains College Texan and Lady Texan cross country teams finished third and ninth at the NJCAA Cross Country Championships held Saturday morning at Shadow Hills Golf Course in Lubbock.
LEVELLAND – The South Plains College Texans and Lady Texans will compete in their final cross country race this Saturday, Nov. 8, in Lubbock when they toe the line at the NJCAA Cross Country Championships held at Shadow Hills Golf Course.
HOBBS, N.M. – Antibahs Kibiwott dominated the field at the Region 5 Cross Country Championships Saturday morning at Harry McAdams Park in Hobbs, winning his third race in a row and fourth in five attempts this season as he led a group of four Texans placing inside the top five and five in the top 10 to help the NJCAA top-ranked Texans walk away with the team title.
LEVELLAND, Texas – The South Plains College Texans will travel to Hobbs, N.M., for the Region 5 Championships Saturday, Oct. 25 where they will compete as the top-ranked team in the NJCAA for the first time since being voted to the top spot following the New Mexico JC Open Oct. 11.
LEVELLAND – The South Plains College Texan cross country team jumped to No. 1 in the latest NJCAA National rankings, up from No. 4 a week ago following the New Mexico Junior College Open in Hobbs, N.M.
HOBBS, N.M. – Led by an individual victory by sophomore Antibahs Kibiwott, the South Plains College Texans claimed the NMJC Open team title Saturday in Hobbs with a low score of 27 points. The Lady Texans finished third in the women's team race.
LEVELLAND – The NJCAA fourth-ranked Texans and ninth-ranked Lady Texans will continue their 2014 season when they travel to Hobbs, N.M., for the NMJC Cross Country Open Saturday, Oct. 11 at Harry McAdams Park.
LAS VEGAS, N.M. – The South Plains College Texan and Lady Texan cross country teams completed their third meet of the 2014 season Saturday, Sept. 27 at the New Mexico Highlands Jamboree.
LUBBOCK – The South Plains College Texan and Lady Texan cross country teams completed their second competition of the season Friday, Sept. 12 at the Red Raider Open on the campus of Texas Tech University where the SPC men finished second in the team standings and the women eighth.
SNYDER – The South Plains College cross country teams got their 2014 seasons underway Saturday when they competed in the Western Texas College Open on an unseasonably cool, wet day.
LEVELLAND – The South Plains College Texan and Lady Texan cross country teams will kick their 2014 season off when they travel to Snyder to compete in the Western Texas College Invitational Saturday, Sept. 6.
