2013 Outdoor:  Twice competed in the 5,000 meters and once in the 10,000 meters during the outdoor season. 

2013 Indoor:  Competed in four indoor meets, posting a best time of 17:35.88 in the 5,000 meters.

2012 XC:  Competed in seven meets including both the NJCAA cross country championships and the NJCAA Half Marathon Championships … Posted a season best 8,000-meter time of 26:57.28 at the SPC Open on Oct. 6.

High School: Graduated in 2012 … Ran personal best times of 9:40 (2 miles) and 4:24 (Mile) … Helped cross country team qualify for the state meet, a runner-up finish at the regional meet, and a district title … Named MVP following senior season.
