WEATHERFORD, Texas - Sophomore forward Bo Ingram scored 15 of the Texans first 17 points and finished with 24 to lead South Plains College to a 67-61 road victory over Weatherford College. SPC now sports a 9-2 overall record for the season and will resume play on January 2 in Phoenix, Arizona versus Chandler College. The Texans will open conference play at home on January 11 when the Howard College Hawks travel to Levelland.
Tramar Sutherland also had a double digit night for SPC, scoring 15 points with 13 points coming in the second half. Myles Walker and Malik Smith each added eight points, while Josh Orta and Antwain Thomas scored three points each. Kenny Brown and Victor Holloway scored two points for the Texans.
